What type of stock do you print on?
Photographs are printed on 300gsm Ultra Pearlescent Hi-White photographic paper. Illustrations are printed on 300gsm Museo Rag paper.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What is your exchange / return policy?
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with a print when you receive it, please notify me and I will make sure any issues are resolved.
Do you ship internationally?
As indicated, PhotoMounts and mounted images are available Australia-wide only. For Prints only, I can ship to almost every country with a postal service.
How long will delivery of my order take?
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping for all products within Australia is $14.95, regardless of size and/or quantity (within reason, of course). Generally, tracking of packages within Australia is available.
For International Orders a precise shipping cost can only be provided when you go through the ordering process. However, I have included some indicative rates below so there are no nasty surprises.
Typically 2-3 images can be included in a mailing tube. If you order 4 or more images, they will be distributed across 2 or more mailing tubes. The extra costs involved in shipping will be covered by me as a ‘Discount/Reward’ for a bulk purchase.

The maximum shipping cost is $22.00.
